By accessing, registering on, or using the mbajee platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use mbajee.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the mbajee platform, including visitors who browse without registering, registered members who have not yet deposited, and active players. Your continued use of mbajee after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

mbajee reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests made through the responsible gaming tools.

If your mbajee account is closed due to a violation of these terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. mbajee will communicate the reason for closure where it is legally permissible to do so.
